The Journey of “Return to Your True Self”<\/b> is an adventure for courageous souls who wish to learn how to connect with the guidance of the heart. A self-discovery journey into the inner Self, where I invite you to be the one who sets both the direction and the pace of your own healing process. An invitation to take responsibility for yourself by learning to observe from neutrality and as a growth opportunity, the situations that create discomfort in your live at a physical, mental or emotional level, often manifested in the form of depression, anxiety, stress, blockages, disease, among others.<\/p>\n

The inspiration for this Journey of “Return to our True Self”<\/b> comes from my own experience and personal healing process, which has also led me to acquire the different therapeutic tools that I have been using successfully on myself and others, leading me to the point of connecting with my purpose of being at service, to assist other souls like you in their own processes, making available to you not only the tools, but also the experience acquired in their application, both on a personal level and working with others.<\/p>\n

This journey gives you the opportunity to heal the relationship with your origin, your roots, to recognize and transform limiting beliefs and patterns often inherited from our lineage, uncovering and dismantling the ego masks to discover the true potential that lies beneath the sacred wounds we have chosen to experience and evolve.
