Theta Healing\u00ae <\/b>is a therapeutic meditation technique developed by Vianna Stibal, which acts at a quantum level employing the Theta waves of the brain to establish a connection with the Source or Creator of all that exists and the consultant’s energy field to do a reading.\u00a0 Based on the reading results, a series of questions will be asked to the consultant to dig deeper into their subconscious mind and establish the root or origin of any ailments, whether these are physical, mental or emotional, manifested as challenges or obstacles in their life (the conscious part), providing the opportunity to transmute, transform and integrate the respective learning during the session.\u00a0<\/p>

There is a correlation between our energy centres, also known as chakras, and our endocrine system. Each chakra is associated with different glands responsible for the optimal functioning of our body. When there is an imbalance in our life, it is often related to a conflict in our belief system, which first manifests itself on a mental-emotional level and, if not addressed in a timely manner, is expressed in our physical body. By resolving the conflict in our belief system we can re-establish the balance in our bioenergy on a physical, mental-emotional and\/or spiritual level.<\/p>

Levels of Consciousness, beliefs and their location in our body.<\/i><\/b><\/p>

Core Level Beliefs<\/b> are those we have built up throughout our lives as the result of our experience and are located in the frontal part of our brains.<\/i><\/p>

Genetic Level Beliefs<\/b> are those we have inherited genetically from both our female and male lineage and are stored in the parental part of the brain. <\/i><\/p>

Historical Level Beliefs<\/b> are those we have absorbed from the cultural and historical context in which we were raised or adopted from the place where we live, as well as the beliefs inherited from our ancestors and those we carry with us from past lives. These are placed at the posterior part of the head, the spine and the back. <\/i><\/p>

Soul Beliefs <\/b><\/i>are those rooted in our soul, which have been impregnated in us through our existence and are located in the area of the chest.<\/em><\/p>
